Dear Mr. Selin:
I urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny LES' Application to construct a uranium enrichment facility in Homer, Louisiana.
i I like to remind you that the local communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are adamantly opposed to having the LES plant located in their backyard.
l The negative and social and environmental impacts that the plant will have on the area ought to be strongly considered.
l I encourage you to take a close lock at the' issue of I
environmental racism and the role that it might have played ir deciding to site +,he plant so near to the two small black communities.
