Dear Mr. Selin:
I am writing you concerning Louisiana Energy services' proposed uranium enrichment plant near the rural Louisiana communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs. I would urge you to advise the NRC licensing board to deny LES*
application to construct the facility in Homer. Louisiana.
As you are awaro, the local communities are adamantly opposed to naving the plant in their backyard.
I encourage you to look closely at the issue of environmental racism and the role that it might have played in deciding to site the plant so near the two small black communities.
