Dear Mr. Selin,
I would like to take a moment of your time to expreso my concern with the s2tuation of possible construction of the uranium enrichment facility of Homer, Louisiana.
The surrounding communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs are adarrantly opposed to the construction of this faci 11tv.
Of course no community wi11 & gree wil1ing1y to move dangerous wastes into their backyards to pollute their air and water.
What I find particularly alarming and 011ending is that Louisiana Energy Services is taking advantage of this low income and mostly black community.
Org ar 21: a t i on s like Louisiana Energy Service promise economic growth to these deeperato communities.
The citi; ens do not have the political clout or knowledge to oppose this proposal.
r 1 am asiIng you to consider denying LES application to construct a urenium enrichment facility.
Please also consider taking a closer look into environmental racirm.
We are neeing an alarming trend of low class mostly minority communities being betrayed into 12ving with toxic situations Thank you for your t2 me.
