To cite an examp;e, the pot!uted water from the p' ant would be discharged.nto the Lake Cia.rborne watershed, which wouid Wmost certa =nly be enreme!y harmful to the rendents of the 40 homes in the area that depend on we!!s for their drinbrg water; et would also be quite dargerous for the retirement community that surrounds the shores nf the lake.
