I am writing to oppose the uacLinction of the uranium enrichment plant near two low-income ccrmunities in rural louir-iana. 'Ihis project is replete with econcxnic questions, environnental hazards, ard questions of racism.

'Ibe local acrxunities of Forest Grove and Center Springs oppose this plant because of its negative social and environmental irpacts. Please advise the IEC licensing board to deny IES' application ard take a close look at the issue of envituuudal racism.
