This action is based on exceeding the licensed power level by 15 percent for approximately 10 minutes, i
This violation has been classified at Severity Level III.

base civil penalty of $2,500 has been escalated 50 percent after i
finding 100 percent escalation appropriate for the licensee's l
past performance and 50 percent mitigation appropriate for the licensee's corrective actions.

It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically f
informed of the enforcement action.
