Dear Mr. Mitchell:

By letter dated March 18, 1993, Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) reported i

a change to the evaluation model used to analyze.a loss-of-Coolant Accident for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Units 2 and 3.

In the March 18, 1993, letter, PECo committed to submit the revised analysis to-the NRC by April 12, 1993.

By letter dated April 7,1993, PECo submitted NEDC-32163P, " Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3 SAFER /GESTR-LOCA Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis," Class III, dated January 1993.

Included in PEco's submittal was your affidavit dated March 30, 1993, requesting that NEDC-32163P be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2.790.

January 1993, marked as proprietary, will be withheld from public. disclosure pursuant 10 CFR 2.790(b)(5) and Section 103(b) of the Atomic Energy Act of7 1954, as amended.
