INCREASE IN CONTROLLED ACCESS AREA AND RELOCATION OF FENCE This letter is in response to your license amendment application dated December 21, 1992, concerning the expansion of the controlled access area and relocation of the fence surrounding it, and your letter dated May 6,1993, clarifying that these changes do not constitute a license amendment, only a change to Chapter 10 of the Safety Demonstration, Part II, of the license application.

We have determined that with these changes, the Safety Demonstration will continue to support the conditions in Part I of the license, and that no amendment is necessary. The revised pages that you submitted on December 21, 1992, have been inserted into Part II of the current license and the renewal application submitted in August 1992.
