This letter is a follow-up to my letter of April 6,1993 in which we submitted the University of Massachusetts Lowell Security Plan Revision 3, and which covered other topics.
Subsequent discussion between Mr. A.
Della Ratta of your agency and Mr. Dennis Martineau, Acting Reactor Supervisor at Lowell, have lead to numerous revisions of the Security Plan.
These revisions have been incorporated in Rt.:sion 4 which we submit for your approval.
