Dear Mr. DelGeorge:
Thank you for your response to our March 2,1993, letter concerning a complaint of potential employment discrimination at the Quad Cities Nuclear Plant.
In our letter, we requested you to evaluate the complaint and respond to the following:
1.
The basis for the employment action regarding the former employee, if it was consistent with licensee policy and include a copy of any l
investigation reports you have regarding the circumstances of the action; and i
2.
The actions, if any taken or planned to assure that this employment action does not have a chilling effect in discouraging other licensee or contractor employees from raising perceived safety concerns.
Your response indicated that the complaint is not substantiated. We found your investigation to be sufficient to support your conclusions and have no additional questions regarding this matter. We request that you retain the supporting documentation from your investigation of this issue for a minimum of one year from the date of this letter.
