Indian Pcint Units IJo. I and 2 Physical Security Plan - Revision 14 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), enclosed are controlled copies of Proposed Revision IJo. 14 to the Indian Point Units IJo. I and 2 Physical Security Plan.
We have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan for 2ndian Point, Units 1 and 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR Sections 2.790 (d) and 73.21, correspondence and reports to and from the !JRC which identify a licensee's centrol and detailed security measures for the physical protection of a licensed facility are exempt ' f rom disclosure.
We understand, therefore, that the enclosure to i
this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Roam and will receive limited distribution.
