REFERENCE:
FNMC Plan, SNM-1168, Docket 70-1201 On December 1, 1992, supplemented January 5 and January 7, B&W Fuel Company (BWFC) submitted revisions to their FNMC Plan concerning the sampling of downloaded fuel pellets.
During a telephone conversation with Richard Milstein of your staff, NRC requested that page 6 of annex 3 be included in the condition 3
section of the Plan.
The samp.ing plan has been removed from the Annex section and added as pages 3-3 and 3-6 of Chapter 3.
Chapter 3 is being resubmitted in its entirety.
Since the January changes were not approved, this submittal supersedes the January submittal and has been dated with today's date and will remain as revision 5.
Six copies of the chapter have been included.
