Dear Mr. Martin:
Enclosed is the complete version of the 1992 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report (AREOR) for Rancho Seco. The enclosed report contains both the information outlined in Rancho Seco Permanently Defueled Technical Specification (PDTS) D6.9.2.3 (Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report), which the District submitted in Reference 1, and additional, supplemental information the District normally includes in the Rancho Seco AREOR. The only difTerence between the main body of the enclosed 1992 AREOR and the version submitted in Reference 1 is that the District has made editorial changes in the areas where the previous AREOR made reference to missing appendices. The editorially changed areas are indicated with a vertical line in the right hand margin of the body of the repon.
As explained in Reference 1, the District was not able to include all the information it normally includes in the Rancho Seco AREOR. The enclosed 1992 AREOR contains the same information submitted in Reference 1 plus the supplemental information that is included in AREOR Appendices C, E, F, and the figures in Appendix B.
