GULF STATES UTILITIES - ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE This is to confirm arrangements for an enforcement conference in the Region IV office on May 28,1993, at 10 a.m. made with Mr. David Lorfing of your staff during a telephone conversation on May 13, 1993.
During the enforcement conference, we will discuss an apparent violation involving the failure to follow your procedures during a drill.
The apparent violation was identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-458/93-14.
A similar violation involving the same drill procedure was identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-458/93-02. A proposed agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
