RENEWAL OF OPERATOR LICEN5ES Based on our telephone conversation on April 13, 1993, it is our understanding that the following operators have been terminated from SUNY, and therefore no longer require NRC licenses.
If this is correct, please confirm this by letter so that their licenses may be terminated.

Expiration Date Peter Bosch 61122 10805 03/10/95 Philip M. Orlosky 00562 328-12 12/22/93 On October 14, 1992, Mr. Robert C. Kerns (License No. 706-10) failed the NRC-administered requalification examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR 55.57(b)(2)(iv), his license may be renewed only if he has passed a comprehensive requalification written examination and operating test administered by the Commission during the term of his six-year license.
If a replacement requalification examination is not requested for Mr. Kerns with sufficient time for him to successfully pass the examination and submit a timely request for renewal of his license, his license will expire on the expiration date (12/21/93).
If a replacement requalification examination is desired for Mr. Kertu please inform us so that one can be scheduled.
