NRC 02-90-009 This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on December 3, 1992, to commence work under this modification on December 3, 1992,~with a temporary ceiling of $3,000.00.
In accordance with task order procedures of the subject contract, this I
letter definitizes the subject task order modification. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the attached statement _of work, the 1'
Contractor's proposal dated December 7, 1992, and the following telephonic changes of January 19, 1993:
Decrease G&A from 10.3% to 10.2%
i Reduce fixed fee from $1,014 (10%) to $861 (8.5%)
t Adjust-proposed costs in accordance with the above changes.
This modification increases the task order cost ceiling by $10,995.
(inclusive of the amount authorized _ verbally) from $15,308 to $26,303.
The total estimated reimbursable costs are increased by $10,134 from $14,044 to
$24,178, and the fixed fee is increased by $861 from $1,264 to $2,125.
