This approval satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR s 71.12(b) for a quality assurance program approved by the Commission. Registration for use of NRC approved packagings should be made pursuant to 10 CFR s 71.12(c)(3).
Please note the conditions in the approval.
Part I)l, " Quality Assurance Program," of the " Radiation Safety Manual" was revieded to renew your QA Program Approval.
The remaining sections of the
" Radiation Safety Manual" and the resumes enclosed in your submittal are not required for a QA program approval and were not reviewed.
