4 NRC-04-90-074 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to incrementally fund the contract in the amount of $4,206.80. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Subsection B.3, paragraph c is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"c. The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $359,018.65. "
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY90 obligation amount $ 95,951.29 Total FY91 obligation amount $165,317.56 Total FY92 obligation amount $ 47,543.00 Total fY93 obligation amount $ 50,206.80 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $359,018.65.
This modification ob11 gates FY93 funds in the amount of $4,206.80.
All other terms and conditions including the ceiling amount of $359,018.65 remain the same.
