Contract NRC-02-91-001, Task Order No. 8, Entitled Participation in Workshop for Agreement States (FIN J5011)
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No.8.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated January 29 1993.
The effective date of this task order shall be March 17, 1993.
Task Order No. 8 shall be in effect from March 17, 1993 through December 31, 1993 with a cost ceiling of $25,136.00 The amount of $23,330.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of
$1,806.00 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling.
When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer 1
shall increase the amount osligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
