Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 005 Entitled " Review of Existing Financial Assurance Guidance" Contract No.
NRC-02-91-001 The purpose of this modification is to add funding to permit the Contractor to continue providing technical assistance to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for further revisions to existing financial assurance guidance documents and to extend the period of performance of the subject Task Order to September 30, 1993.
The obligated amount of this Task Order is increased by $30,000 of which
$27,599 represents the reimbursable cost and $2,401 represents the fixed fee.
Therefore, the total ceiling and obligated amount with respect to Task Order 5 is $65,133 of which $59,920 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $5,213 represents the fixed fee.
The expiration date for the period of performance of the subject Task Order is hereby extended from January 31, 1993 to September 30, 1993.
The effective date of this modification is January 26, 1993.
