Subject:
Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 09 under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 P
The purpose of this modification is to:
- 1) add creation of an integrated data model for all NRC office of Personnel Data to the Task Order in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, 2) increase the level of effort required,
- 3) increase the Task Order ceiling amount by $45,322.85, and 4) provide additional funding in the amount of $45,322.85. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the contractor's cost proposal date April 14, 1993, which is hereby incorporated into the task order by reference. Verbal authorization to proceed in accordance with the terms of this modification was provided to Applied Management Systems, Inc. on April 15, 1993. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The ceiling amount of this task order is increased by $45,322.85 from
$82,904.96 to $128,227.81. The amount of $123,295.97 represents the reimbursable cost and the amount of $4,931.84 represents the fixed fee.
The third paragraph of the task order definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $128,227.81 of which $123,295.97 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of
$4,931.84 represents the fixed fee. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer.shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232 Limitation of Cost for this task order.
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 9 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
