NRC-03-90-031 Entitled " Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection - Ft. Calhoun" (Fin L-1527)

This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to your office by Rosemary Mann, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order i

effective November 24, 1992, with a temporary ceiling of $15,000.00. -

In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No 74. This effort shall ba performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated December 4, 1992:

i Reduce fixed fee by $8.78 from $54.44 (7.75%) to $45.66 (6.50%)

Task Order No. 74 shall be in effect from November 24, 1992 through c

December 24, 1992, with a cost ceiling of $6,000.00. The amount $15,801.26 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $45.66 represents the fixed fee.

The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is

$15,000.00 of which $14,956.63 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $43.37 represents the fixed fee.

This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this task order. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work l

unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount-specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.

The Contractor shall comply with the i

provisions of 52.232 Limitation of Funds for this incrementally funded task order.
