NRC-26-91-286 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to exercise the Line item 4 option under year three of the contract, provide additional funding in the amount of
$214,911.86, increase the ceiling amount of the contract by $56,950.00, from
$441,889.51 to $498,829.51 and delete a Section I clause. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Section B, paragraph B.4 a and b is revised to read:
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the a.

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

In accordance with FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES (AUG 1989), the option for additional maintenance support, line item B.3.B.4, is hereby exercised.
By execution of this modification the contractor waives the requirement for a 60-day preliminary notice.

Section I, Paragraph I.ll, " NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS CONCERNING PAYMENT OF UNION DUES OR FEES (MAY 1992) (FAR 52.222-18), incorporated under Modification 3, is deleted in its entirety.

A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
