NRC-04-92-063 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to 1.) change the contractor's address and 2.) extend the period of performance through April 30,1993 at no additional cost to the Government. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1.) Block 7, Standard Form 26 which was revised under Modification No. 2 is hereby revised as follows:

Section F.6 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

The contract period shall commence on March 6, 1992 and shall expire on April 30,1993.

2 A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:

Total FY 92 Obligation Amount $204,087 Total FY 93 Obligation Amount $0 Cumulative total of NRC obligations $204,087 This modification does not obligate funds.

All other terms and conditions including the ceiling amount of $204,087 remain the same.
