Lt NRC-09-92-202 Modification No. 5 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the key personnel under Section H.1, Key Personnel (JUNE 1988) in accordance with the Contractor's April 2, 1992 letter offer.
This modification also deletes FAR Clause 52.222-18 from this contract.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
1.
Under Section 11.1, paragraph a., Key Personnel (JUNE 1988), is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The following individuals are considered to essential to the sucessful performance of the work hereunder:
Barbara Rainey and Gregory K. Washington The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the contract work or replaced without compliance with paragraphs b and c hereof."
2.
Subsection I.6 NOTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS CONCERNING PAYMENT OF UNION DUES OR FEES (MAY 1982) (FAR 52.222-18) is hereby deleted from this contract in its entirety.
Furthermore, in accordance with Section 1 of Executive Order No.12836 dated February 1,1993, and entitled,
" Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Contracting", you are hereby directed to remove the notice poster that is referred to in FAR Clause 52.222-18.
A summary of obligations for this centract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 Obligation Amount:
$145,000.00 Total FY93 Obligation Amount:
$400,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations:
$545,000.00 This modification obligates no FY93 funds.
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount of $858,984, remain unchanged.
