Correction to LERs 89-40. Rev 2 and 90-01. Rev J l

We haJe discovered two typographical errors that appeared on two separate revisions to LERs that we submitted on April 14, 1993.

The errors were on page 1 box 6 of LER 89-40 Rev 2 and page 1 boxes 5 and 6 of LER 90-01 Rev 5.

We are submitting a corrected page for each LER.
