This is the total of NRC's FY 1993 appropriation $540.000.000 and the utiltration of $9.686,000 in funds unobligated at the end of FY 1992 and carried ever into FY 1993.

BASE TABLE UPDATE Enclosure April 14, 1993 REPROGRAMMING ADJUSTMENTS SECOND OVARTER PROGRAM CHANGES (Reflected in 3/31/93 Revised Allocation)
The program increases shown in the table have resulted from the use of unobligated carryover funds and minor funding adjustments between programs.
The increases are primarily related to funding the following activities:
RSIRIE: mission related travel; NMLLWSSR: final closeout costs for the Hydrogeologic Evaluations of Uranium Recovery facilities contract, and mission related travel; NSMS: provide technical assistance to the Office of State Programs, and mission related training.
