Blackout Rele, 10CFR50.63 (TAC Number M68536)
Gentlemen:
By letters dated April 17, 1989 (Serial Number 1651), April 2, 1990 (Serial Number 1786), September 6, 1990 (Serial Number 1842),
April 11, 1991 (Serial Number 1920) and March 31, 1992 (Serial Number 2033), Toledo Edison (TE) provided the NRC vith its plans and schedules for meeting the Station Blackout Rule (10CFR50.63). These plans and schedules were found to be acceptable by the NRC as stated in their letter of March 7, 1991 (Log Number 3421).
The purpose f this letter is to inform the NRC that the commitments den.;ribed in the aforementioned TE correspondence vere implemented during the Eighth Refueling Outage, which was completed on April 30, 1993.
