REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR UNCLASSIFIED SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION The Division of Freedom of Information and Publications Services is currently gathering data to prepare the Quarterly Report to Congress regarding information withheld from the public pursuant to Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, or its implementing regulations.
Please notify Mary Jean Pool (301) 492-8260 by April 16, 1993, if your office has directly denied to the public any Unclassified Safeguards information during the period January 1,
1993, to March 31, 1993.
We will assume that your office has not denied any information if we do not hear from you by October 16, 1993.
