10 CFR 50.54(p) SUBMITTAL FOR. VERMONT YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER CORPORATION This letter is in response to your correspondence of February 24,1993, regarding changes to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan identified as Revision 24 We have reviewed the changes submitted and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and acceptable for inclusion in the Plan except as outlined in the enclosure to this letter. You should follow your previously approved Plan with respect to these changes and submit corrected Plan pages as necessary to maintain Plan continuity.
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information which is required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
The enclosures to your letter contained Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and will be withheld from public disclosure.
