VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLAh7 SPECIAL REPORT l-93-3 NUhiBER OF STEAhi GENERATOR TUBES PLUGGED DURING 1R4 By letter dated April 22,1993, (ELV-05413) Georgia Power Company submitted Special Report 1-93-3 regarding four tubes that were plugged in steam generator No. 3 during the Unit I founh refueling outage (IR4). This letter stated that the inservice inspection was completed on April 3, 1993, and Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a requires that the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator be reported to the Commission in a special report to be submitted within 15 days following the completion of each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes. Due to an administrative oversight, this sp;cial report was submitted four days late. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
