4 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract,and to incorporate final audited indirect rates for fiscal year 1982 to 1983.

Under Article IV - Consideration And Payment, the total costs and obligated l
amounts under this contract are reduced by 51,348.96 from $75,175.83 to
$73,826.87. Now therefore, paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection A are deleted in i
their entirety and the following are substituted in lieu thereof:

The total cost to' the Government for full performance of this contract is $73,826.87, of which the sum of $68,582.04 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
