Baltimore Gas and Electric Company provides the following supplemental information regarding the subject license amendment request. This supplemental information does not change the content or conclusions of the Determination of Significant 11azards presented in the subject request.
1 Baltimore Gas and Electric Company currently performs charcoal filter elemental and organic iodine penetration testing in accordance with ANSI N510-1975 as required by our Technical Specifications.
We also utilize the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) testing protocol recommended in Information Notice 87-32," Deficiencies in the Testing of Nuclear-Grade Activated Charcoal."
We will continue to use the INEL testing protocol and we will incorporate this information into the appropriate Technical Specification Bases in the future.
