Please note that the The feed material is supplied by Austra31a.
The relevant enriched UF6 will be delivered to the U.S. D.O.E.
Portsmouth Enrichment Plant in Piketon, Ohio. After-being e norted to Japan, it will be converted to UO2 powder, pelletized.and fabricated into fuel assemblies by Mitsubishi Nuclear' Fuel Co., Ltd.
As to the validity of the e n ort license,.we wish to have a two year period l
i from the date of issuance.
With regard to sampling, we request that one(l) P-10 tube sample be taken-from each parent cylinder. These samples should be de? ivered to Mitsubishi International Corporation c/o Teledyne Isotope Inc,, for ladependent cnalysis. We also request that E.R. Johnson As7 71atew witless ths voighing, sampling and loading operation.
