Dear Mr. Turner:
At the October 1992 meeting of the ANS Nuclear Power Plant Standards Committee, it was verbally requested that NRC nominate a person for membership on the ANS 5.4 Working Group, " Method for calculating the Fraction of Volatile Fission Products Released from Oxide Fuel Matrix."
We are pleased to nominate Mr. Shih-Liang Wu for such membership.
Although Mr. Wu will be representing the NRC on the above working his participation does not connote agency agreement with,
