Transmitters Manufactured By Rosemount" Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to respond to NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1, regarding loss of fill-oil problems associated with Rosemount Model 1153 Series B, Model 1153 Series D, and Model 1154 transmitters manufactured before July 11, 1989.
As indicated in the Waterford 3 response to Bulletin 90-01, W3P90-Il53 dated July 17, 1990, Waterford 3 does not have any pre-July 11, 1989 Rosemount Model 1153 Series B, Model 1153 Series D, or Model 1154 i
transmitters in either safety-related systems or systems installed in accordance with 10CFR50.62 (ATWS). Therefore, the requested actions in the in the supplement are not applicable to Waterford 3.
