HRC-04-92-046 The purpose of this modification is to provide for a downward adjustment of the task order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject task order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.5, entitled " Task Order Procedures,"
of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. I to Task Order No. 2.
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 2 is hereby decreased from $6,791.00 by $2,227.00 to $4,564.00.
The total estimated reimbursable cost amount of $6,303.00 is decreased by $2,227.00 to
$4,076.00 and the fixed fee in the amount of $488.00 remains unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, fram award date through the date of this action is given below:
