Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 5 Under Contract No. NRC-04-90-070 The purpose of this modification is to revise the period of performance of the subject task order at no_ change to the total estimated amount or obligated amount to the Government. Therefore, the task order is hereby

modified as follows:
Under paragraph three of the definitization letter, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and following is substituted in lieu therer,f:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from February 15, 1991 through February 15, 1993 with a total cost ceiling of $318,176.21."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.
5 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies cf this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
