accordance with the enclosed statement of work.
In performing the requirements of this proposed task order, you are not authorized'to make expenditures or incur obligations exceeding.$8,000.00.
l The amount currently obligated with respect to this task order is $8,000.00 of which $7,273.00 represents the reimbursble costs and the amount-of
$727.00 represents the. fixed fee. This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting.0fficer by written modification to this task order ceiling. When and if'the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the' obligated.~~~
amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of:
the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount >
