s Contract No. NRC-03-92-030 Modification No. Five (5) page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $150,000.00, thereby increasing the contract's obligated amount from $200,000.00 to $350,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Under Subsection B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUNE 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1988)," paragraph c. is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $350,000.00."

It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through May 31, 1993."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling amount of $699,994.00, remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY 1992 Obligation Amount: $180,000.00 Total FY 1993 Obligation Amount: $170,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $350,000.00 This modification obligates FY 1993 funds in the amount of $150,000.00.
