NRC-03-90-027 Entitled " Review of Wolf Creek Transient Analysis Methodology" (FIN L-1318)
The purpose of this task order modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order to allow additional time for receipt and review of information from the licensee, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
As a result of the above, the expiration date of Task Order rio.12 is hereby extended frem June 30, 1992 to December 31, 1992.
The effective date of this modification is June 30, 1992.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the Task Order includinr> the ceiling amount of $32,735.00.
Acceptance of this modification should be made by executing three copies of this document in the space provided and returning two copies to the Contract Administrator identified below.
The third copy may be retained for your records.
