Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 5 under Contract No. NRC-03-90-027 The purpose of this modification is to provide for'a downward adjustment of the task order ceiling amount to reflect completion of the subject. task order.
Therefore, in accordance with Section G.6, entitled " Task Order Procedures," of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 4 to Task Order No. 5.
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 5 is hereby decreased from $36,286.76 by $327.36 to $35,959.40.
The total estimated reimbursable costs in the amount of $32,421.76 is hereby decreased by
$327.36 to $32,094.40 and the fixed fee in the amount of $3,865.00 remains unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award.date through the date of this action is given below:
