e NRC-02-91-002 Modification No. 1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is (1) revise the delivery schedule in Section C.3 Task Reports and (2) change Project Officer in Section G.2.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
(1) Section C.3 TASK REPORTS, paragraph a. Draft Task Reports is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
- a. Draft Task Reports The contractor shall submit a draft technical report on the findings of Task I no later than December 15, 1992.
The contractor shall submit a draft technical report on the testing procedures to be used for Task 2 no later than March 1,1993.
The contractor shall submit a draft technical report on the findings of the testing of the product testing for Task 3 by August 30, 1993.
Within 30 calendar days of each of the NRC Project Officer's written notice to the Contractor of his identification of devices and sources, as described in Task 4, the Contractor shall submit a draft analysis plan including estimated completion dates. Also, within 45 calendar days of the Contractor's completion of work under each notice given by the NRC Project Officer, the Contractor shall submit a draft technical report of the findings.
(2) Paragraph a. under Section G.2 PROJECT OFFICER AllTHORITY is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
