Task Order No. 72 Under Contract No. NRC-03-90-031 Entitled
" Electrical Distribution System Functional Inspection - Peach Bottom" (Fin L-1527)

This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to your office by Rosemary Mann, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order effective January 5, 1992, with a temporary ceiling of $10,000.00.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 72.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work, the Contractor's proposal dated November 3,1992, and the following telephonic changes of January 4, l
1993:
1.) Reduce fixed fee by $8.78 from $54.44 (7.75%) to
$45.66 (6.50%).
Task Order No. 72 shall be in effect from January 5, 1993 through February 28, 1993, with a cost ceiling of $54,442.84.
The amount of $54,397.18 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $45.66 represents the fixed fee.
