Contract No. NRC-10-90-130 Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the expiration date of this contract from January 10, 1993 to May 13, 1993 at no increase in funding of this contract by the Government.
The foregoing change in expiration date is not an authorization for the contractor to exceed the estimated cost currently set forth in the contract schedule.
Unless the estimated cost of this contract is increased by subsequent written supplemental agreement, any costs incurred by the contractor in excess of the present cost or funding limit shall be at the contractor's sole risk.
All other terms and conditions, including the~ contract ceiling of
$81,988.00, shall remain the same.
