NRC-04-92-037 Modification No. 1 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to clarify subsection C.1.3 - SCOPE OF WORK as requested by SAIC in their October 26, 1992 letter.
Subsection C.1.3 currently states that Tasks 1-5 of this contract are to be carried out sequentially.
The clarification provided herein, references the development of an overall QC/QA program for this project iri support of Tasks 2-5, prior to the completion of Task 1, as was originally stated in SAIC's technical proposals which were incorporated by reference into the contract at the time of award.
This clarification does not include any increased cost or time under the contract.
Accordingly, the first paragraph under subsection C.I.3 - SCOPE OF WORK is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted as follows:
"The Contractor shall develop an overall QC/QA program for the project in support of Tasks 2-5 prior to the completion of Task 1.
The remaining tasks 2-5 shall be carried out sequentially, unless otherwise directed in writing by the NRC Contracting Officer, thus marking milestones in progress towards completion of the project.
The first 2 tasks described below relate to development of amended regulations.
The next 3 tasks relate to development of amended regulations and implementing regulatory guidance."
All other terms and conditions of this contract, including the ceiling amount of $1,234,542.00, remain unchanged.
