i NRC-33-91-189 i Modification No. 10 Page 2 of 2 Whereas the Contractor under Delivery Order No.14 discussed the equipment not meeting the specifications and whereas the NRC is willing to provide for a relaxation of the specifications under Delivery Order No.14, the parties agree as follows: The delivery to the NRC of forty-three (43) JC-1533 VMW low-end model versions of NEC 3FGX monitors, in place of the forty-three (43) NEC 3FGX monitors which were ordered under Delivery Order No.14 of the subject contract, are hereby accepted. As consideration for acceptance of the low-end versions of the NEC 3FGX monitors under Delivery Order No. 14, the cost to the NRC for these monitors shall be discounted by $100.00 per unit for a total discount of $4,300.00. All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged. A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below: Total FY91 Obligation Amount: $ 854,122.24 Total FY92 Obligation Amount: $2,134,363.44 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $2,988,485.68 This modification obligates no funds. k j 1 i
