p Contract No. NRC-39-88-211 Modification No. 29 Page 2 The purpose of this modification is to raise the contract ceiling by
$33,636.00 for accelerated buy out costs associated with lease of the MV/40000 Oracle software license.
The amount of $33,636.00 includes C&A
($3,367.87) and Fee ($2.200.50) totalling $5,568.37.
Therefore, the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. Section B.2 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE, subparagraph a. is revised to raise the estimated total cost of the contract as follows:
"a.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for performance of the base year and the first, second, third, and fourth option years will be $21,845,191.59 of which the sum of $20,443,140.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of wnich $1,402,051.59 represents the fixed fee.",
Statistica, Inc. hereby agrees to immediately transfer title of the MV/40000 Oracle license to the NRC, upon receipt of this modification.
All other terms and conditions are unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
