SECY-92-100, " Status and Direction of the Licensed Operator Requalification Program," March 19, 1992, and SECY-92-154, " Guidance for Developing Dynamic Simulator Scenarios Used During NRC-Administered Requalification Examinations," April 28, 1992.
Although both papers are now available in the NRC's public document room, I am-enclosing a copy of each for your convenience.
