Reactor Facility management requests NRC approval of the following amendment to UVAR TS
- 6. 2. 3.- ( 6).
The proposed wording was approved by our Reactor Safety Committee on July 2, 1990.
"(6) review reactor operation.
Audits by.the Reactor Safety
, Committee of selected operational records will be performed once each. calendar year.- These audits will consist of spot checks of reactor-staff compliance with reactor operating procedures, Technical Specifications and license provisions."

This. amendment is justified because it states more clearly than-the present TS the scope and objectives of Reactor q
